Bridging Communities:
Deep Listening, Sacred Story, and Accountable Leadership

About Me

Leading with Listening
Walking in Trust

I am a grounded leader, facilitator, and lifelong learner dedicated to walking alongside communities on journeys of reconciliation, discernment, and strategic development.

Throughout my professional career with the Federal Government in Ottawa and Whitehorse, a national faith organization on Vancouver Island, and municipal administration in Port Alberni, I have built a practice rooted in a deep commitment to people-centred leadership and the shared, collaborative stewardship of community safety and well-being.

I respectfully acknowledge that I live and work in Port Alberni, BC, on the unceded territories of the Hupacasath and Tseshaht First Nation(s).

My Mission

To lead with listening and walk in trust as a grounded, people-centred leader.

I partner with public, private, and community organizations to help them navigate organizational change, design impactful learning and capability-building programs, and coordinate complex, multi-partner initiatives.

By anchoring my practice in deep respect, continuous learning, and administrative integrity, I help leadership teams translate honest stakeholder engagement into structured, accountable, and lasting impact.
